BlogToDo.com is a free weblog (blog) hosting service. This service is provided at no charge to anyone that wishes to publish their own blog so long as they abide by the BlogToDo.com Terms of Service.
The BlogToDo.com Terms of Service is subject to change. It may be changed with no advance notice. Users and visitors should check back regularly at the BlogToDo.com Terms of Service to maintain compliance.
By reading anything on the BlogToDo.com web site, or writing anything to the BlogToDo.com web site, you agree to abide by the BlogToDo.com Terms of Service.
By activating an account on BlogToDo.com you agree to abide by the BlogToDo.com Terms of Service.
By activating an account or posting a comment you agree to receive emails from BlogToDo.com including but not limited to communications from the BlogToDo.com administrators, updates regarding changes to the service, troubleshooting assistance, recent new BlogToDo.com member blog announcements, surveys, contests and promotions.
You can cancel your BlogToDo.com account at any time with no advance notice or reason.

You may not post to your blog or write comments on other BlogToDo.com weblogs that include: adult porno subject matter, violent or threatening content, libelous or insulting content, plagiarized or protected works without permission, anything of an illegal nature, or anything that the BlogToDo.com Administrators deem inappropriate.
You agree to take full responsibility for the content of your BlogToDo.com hosted weblog.
You agree that any content posted on your BlogToDo.com hosted weblog is yours by copyright and is your responsibility in accordance with the current laws.
You agree to grant BlogToDo.com and its associated partners the permanent right to use and distribute your content in any manner they see fit.
You agree that you are responsible to maintain hard-copy back up prints of any material that you wish to protect in the event of a technological problem, natural catastrophy, or attack that may wipe out your data stored with BlogToDo.com and that BlogToDo.com and its associated partners is not responsible to restore said data unless it can be retrieved and restored electronically.
You agree that, in the event that BlogToDo.com ceases to exist for any reason, your blog contents may be lost and no one associated with BlogToDo.com may be held responsible.
You agree not to attempt to damage or alter the BlogToDo.com web site, data base, or other properties in any way.
You agree not to abuse the BlogToDo.com service in any way.
You agree not to abuse the BlogToDo.com staff, visitors, or users in any way.
Splogs, low quality blogs, and blogs that violate any of our terms will not be tolerated. By starting a blog at BlogToDo.com you agree that the BlogToDo.com Staff has the sole right to decide if a blog hosted with us is of sufficient quality to be hosted with us on our free network.
If we decide your blog reflects poorly on the BlogToDo.com network of blogs in any way your account will be terminated. Note that the inclusion of affiliated links is not the primary factor in determining the quality of a blog. We do allow and encourage the use of affiliate links as a way to generate revenue with your free BlogToDo.com hosted blog, but we do expect you to produce a blog worth reading in our eyes.
A BlogToDo.com blog is not officially activated until you make your first original post. New BlogToDo.com blog accounts that do not receive an original post within 30 days will be terminated without notice at our discression.
Abandonded blogs (blogs that were once considered active) are subject to deletion if no posts are made to the blog for a period of 180 days. We will terminate abandoned blog accounts without notice at our discression.
You agree that violation of any of the terms above is grounds for termination of your account and possible legal prosecution, and you understand that your account can be terminated without grounds and without explanation or justification.
The BlogToDo.com Terms of Service is subject to change as outlined above.
